The campaign must leverage insights from SD Worx’s recent consumer research to highlight the critical role of putting people at the heart of HR tech. Focusing on both employer and employee perspectives, it needs to showcase how prioritising human connections fosters stronger, more meaningful relationships within businesses.

I played on the humour and relatability of awkward dating app messages to reinforce the theme of finding “The One.” By using playful, tongue-in-cheek messaging, the campaign makes you double-take—especially in the context of a HR and payroll solution.
